Hi American Makers and Friends!
UPDATE: AUGUST 30, 2025
Currently, due to the new impositions put in place by the U.S., any package coming from Canada is subject to 35% tariffs regardless of value. Currently, my shop is set up to automatically collect these from any U.S. customer at the time of purchase. If, for any reason, this amount is not collected, you will be emailed and asked to pay prior to shipment.
What does this mean for you as a U.S. based maker?
Well, unfortunately, this means higher shipping costs, a new 35% tariff, and higher processing times as worldwide shipping companies have to adjust their business in order to collect and remit these tariffs. Currently, I am offering U.S. shipping via Canada Post or UPS.
All digital goods sales are still protected under CUSMA/USMCA and do not require additional tariffs to be paid. Please message me if there are any issues at checkout regarding this.
Your patience and understanding are appreciated as everyone navigates this new, frustrating imposition. Please email me at cospayton@gmail.com with any questions, and I'll get back to you ASAP!

I wanted to put out an official statement to let you know that almost all orders from CosPayton.com ship TARRIFF-FREE. As part of the ongoing Trump-administration caused trade war, Americans are subject to an ever-changing tariff percentage for any goods coming in from America (It seems to change weekly at this point, it's hard to keep track of the specific percentage week-to-week).
Every item from my shop is proudly made in Canada except for keychains, lanyards, and pins, which were manufactured in China. Digital goods are protexted from tariffs under CUSMA/USMCA and are exempt from any new tariffs at this time.
I still do offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post (when applicable) and US/Canada shipping via Sendle.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns, I’ll do my best to answer with the information I have
Thank you and happy making,
Payton

I recently discovered AllMachines and found it really helpful for learning about different types of equipment. Their section on Loaders is detailed and easy to understand. I also checked out the Excavators page, which covers a range of uses for farm and construction work. For anyone comparing brands, their dedicated pages for Bobcat Excavators and Case Excavators are worth a look.
